Well, she was trying to bolt after serving him an eviction notice and leaving others to enforce it!
Instead of not owning it and nobody can own one. There should be a choice. If they want one. They should have to vetted psychologically too. Then they can own one. If not they can't have one. It's not outright ban the use like other countries.
