  Is your image supposed to use this much dithering? I supposed it can be considered an art style not just a crutch to low color resolution.
  
  Unfortunately yeah, it looks fine on the monitor, so I don't pay much mind to it, but it's really bad if you look too close.
  
  Between the eyes and the dithering, were you inspired by 16-Bit Sensation?
  
  Idk if the person who made it was or not, I just found it on a random GitHub repo
  
  That's cool. Looking again, the character in the image is Konoha, the main character in the anime. The dithering is an homage to one of the episodes.
