I really didn't know lol, i just found this pic some time ago and liked how annoyed she looked.
But looking it up, it seems to be Daria or at least they had Daria in mind when drawing it, the style looks a little different.
I remember having watched Daria at the end of the 90s, but didn't make the connection...
