Unfortunately most of these systems still expose the very private fact that you and so-and-so are talking to each other at all. Concealing the content is almost immaterial.
Who are you and your so-and-so in Simplex's case? It doesn't have identifiers and maintains separate connections to server for each identity (can be changed in the settings to go even further and maintain separate connection for each chat)
where can i see this setting?

i dont see this. what version/platform are you using?
edit: nvm you have to turn on developer options
