I literally cannot even fathom spending $250,000 in a single year that didn't involve like, buying a house or an apartment or something
250k in the USA is a little less than 170k after taxes. The various health insurances for a lot folks at that level is gonna take another 10k. With the cost of food and rent, you can't afford to buy a house with that kind of money in a single year!
You could definitely put a down payment on a house with that kind of money
Ok, at 5% you could do that yeah
