Caffeine is fine as long as you stretch often to keep arteries open, and sleep 12 hours a day.

Sleep is for the dead, permanently disabled, or "retired".
My pending heart attack is looking real fucking relaxing. Hopefully permanent.

3 0 ReplyYou're making your heart work harder. You also need to rest harder as a result, to avoid accumulating damage. There is a lot of interpersonal variance, though, with different bodies and genetics.
300mg is a lot of caffeine, mind you.
