what do I do if I have downloaded and installed the infected game?
If possible, turn networking off!
Dealing with viruses:

Get a linux iso and scan potential threats with ClamAV/TK.

Fresh install (If you are paranoid.)

Manually find and remove dangerous software. (VirusTotal may help.)
