DNC moving forward with Biden virtual nomination; voting to begin no sooner than August 1
The Democratic National Committee is moving ahead with its plans to virtually nominate President Joe Biden in the coming weeks, sending out an email to its members Wednesday morning stressing that that is “the wisest approach” despite fierce backlash from some Democratic lawmakers.

The one Biden appointed and who is openly going against voter wishes and saying we have to push Biden thru so he keeps the chair at the DNC?
Well, then...

Like, you realized your linked tweet is him trying to defend his move from every legal and political expert not part of the DNC is saying?
I don't think facts or logic is going to help anything here.
3 2 ReplyVoter wishes? We had a primary. Voters chose Biden.
If you trust Nate Silver and George Clooney over the Democratic party itself, you do you..
1 2 ReplyWhat primary? Nobody was allowed to run against Biden. The one guy who tried got run out of the party entirely.
3 0 ReplyPeople were certainly allowed to run against Biden, and more than one person did so. All the challengers failed.
1 2 ReplyAgain, when was this and why was Biden allowed to run unopposed on my primary ballot?
2 0 ReplyHe was opposed by Dean Philips, Jason Palmer, and Marianne Williamson. They all dropped out.
1 2 ReplyAgain, when was this and why weren't they on my ballot?
2 1 ReplyThey weren't on your ballot because they dropped out before your primary or they failed to meet ballot requirements.
1 2 ReplySo we didn't have a primary, then. Thanks for clarifying that for me.
2 1 ReplyYou had a primary with no challengers.
Is this your first time voting? The same thing happens every election year in down ballot races. If you don't like the candidate, you can always write-in vote.

I.e., not a primary at all.

This isn't a downballot position, but even if it was, the lack of choice would still render the primary moot.

I did.
"Uncommitted" was very popular in my state. I hope they win.
