13 0 ReplyThat requires doing pretty much all the maintenance that has been deferred for decades (PG&E for example didn't inspect power lines between their installation circa 1920 and when the cast-iron hooks holding up the wires wore through in 2018, causing the wires to fall and start a fire which took out a few towns
