NPR: Trump campaign staff had altercation with official at Arlington National Cemetery
Two members of Donald Trump's campaign staff had a verbal and physical altercation Monday with an official at Arlington National Cemetery, where the former president participated in a wreath-laying ceremony, NPR has learned.
A source with knowledge of the incident said the cemetery official tried to prevent Trump staffers from filming and photographing in a section where recent U.S. casualties are buried. The source said Arlington officials had made clear that only cemetery staff members would be authorized to take photographs or film in the area, known as Section 60.
When the cemetery official tried to prevent Trump campaign staff from entering Section 60, campaign staff verbally abused and pushed the official aside, according to the source.
Every time I read about this asshole and this cronies I have to remember that my father would drink his bathwater given a chance. Gaaaaah.
And don't forget the idiots who mindlessly yet smugly parrot that bOtH pArTiEs ArE tHe SaMe LoL wHy BoThEr VoTiNg and sit on their lazy, intellectually mediocre asses, fondling their "purity" then distractedly yet lovingly sniffing their fingers.
It gets better. To prove that there was no altercation, the Trump campaign have promised to release video footage.
These people are terminally stupid. Every single one of them.
The Trump campaign declined to make that footage immediately available.
Yeah, that's not coming out.
Oh, for sure. But the point is, the whole altercation supposedly occurred because they were trying to film in a place where its illegal to film.
Why the fuck would you then claim to have video footage of that???
Really? Why is it illegal to film there?

"Federal law prohibits political campaign or election-related activities within Army National Military Cemeteries, to include photographers, content creators or any other persons attending for purposes, or in direct support of a partisan political candidate's campaign," according to the statement. "Arlington National Cemetery reinforced and widely shared this law and its prohibitions with all participants."
I don't know the details of that, but presumably because it would be considered disrespectful.
JFC the campaign response is at least as diabolical as the incident itself. Fuck these guys so much. They deserve so much retribution from so many people but we will have to be satisfied just working to thump them at the voting booth.
