Messed up my SuperSlicer printer config - no rounded corners anymore after slicing (right window). Any idea what could be wrong?

Is there a setting to reduce the number of angles the print head can move in? I've never used SuperSlicer before, but just from looking at the screenshot that seems to be what's going on here. Does the file actually print like this?
- I didn't dare to print the file yet. There is no obvious diff in the settings for both profiles (left shows my 0.6mm profile, right shows a copied profile for a 0.4mm nozzle). One thing to add though: The slicing preview looks okay for both. It's just the GCode preview that shows that zig-zag pattern.
