There was a British (I think?) TV show called "misfits" that was about some teenagers getting superpowers. One episode they fought against somebody that could control milk and laughed at him for his power - until he murdered them all by using the milk from their breakfast to stop their hearts. Great show in my memory.
Everyone's laughing until the immortal guy is suddenly braindead.
All I promised was the lack of death in your future, my child. I never promised the presence of life.
I thought of the same episode when reading the post. Truly a great show with a new take on superpowers.
