Alan Tudyk was my first thought too.
Clancy Brown does Lex Luthor for DC and Mr. Krabs from Spongebob.
And like 40 other characters from every piece of media ever. He was Long Feng in Avatar (there is no war in Ba Sing Se), he was Rawhide in Buckaroo Banzai, Parallax, Taskmaster, Surtur (from Thor: Ragnarok), Sergeant Zim (the DI) in Starship Troopers...
Quite a few of them but Tom Kenny is one of the best
