The sphynx one does not even have all the English letters (there's no "f" or for example). However it's very evocative, agreed...
For Italians, the only pangram I found which also has j, k, w, x and y is:

Edit: I checked😔, they all seem to be there, but I wouldn't trust me
... It does include an "F" - Sphinx oF black quartz. It's even in the Wikipedia page noted as a pangram shorter than the lazy dog one (29 letters vs 35).
F is not an English letter. It's German.
I completely missed the letter f the first time through as well...
What letters do you think the word "of" consist of?
