Texas border dispute breeds loose talk of civil war, resistance on right
Texas Gov. Greg Abbott (R) isn’t technically defying the Supreme Court. But others, like Oklahoma Gov. Kevin Stitt (R), are gesturing cavalierly toward a more direct conflict.
To be clear, what's going on is that the Governor of Texas is using the National Guard to block US border patrol from accessing the border, and using language that is very similar to that in the articles of secession to justify it.

Texas has Ft. Bliss inside it's borders, so the chances of the govt. actually allowing them to secede are in line with rocking horses crapping gold.
Virginia houses the Pentagon, so those two are staying at least. Florida, though...
