I call bullshit. Those things never have more than a few squirts of ketchup in them even after you pump it enough for a money shot.
That one looks like one of the new pressurized ketchup taps. Saw one once at an in n out in Vegas, it's the future of condiment technology
It may be pressurized, but that doesn't mean it's full.
It is certainly not full any longer
