That is not true at all. Russia is occupying way more territory now than before the full scale invasion. Like at least double the amount just from glancing at the map.
Also this whole post is old news, as others have pointed out already. NATO has retracted this statement yesterday.
I say lol because I read the RAND corporation paper on this last year 🫵
