I've heard that for some non-english speakers who don't know what it means, diarrhea is one of the most beautiful sounding words in English.
It just flows so nicely
Now that you mention it, it does have a nice sound to it (the word, not the diarrhea. That usually doesn't sound very nice)
It just rolls of the tongue
