speaking of alternatives, what brand do people hate that actually has a decent alternative?

I know people prefer to complain instead of act, but what is something people don't like but has an alternative?

Adobe design products, there's Affinity, it's great, professional and a lot cheaper.
- I made the mistake of saying I use Photopea instead of Photoshop on a forum. The adobe mafia slammed me into oblivion for that one 😆
