Maybe it's cuz I'm on lemm.ee, but this comment appears to be coming from out of nowhere. Can you explain the context that they're complaining about toxic behavior? I only see, like, 5 comments on this post.
I checked the modlog to read the comment, and skimmed the sidebar.
It seems this community is dedicated to exposing/attacking (depending on how you see it; I have no opinion yet) a certain influencer (seems to be the Sarah referenced in the post title.)
Fishos was complaining about this post being used for that because it's a "Sarah would do this" and not a "Sarah did this." And also generally complaining about the community. The comment was removed for abusive language, and fishos was banned for troll.
