Federal Railroad Administration recommends two new Amtrak routes run through Cincinnati

The Federal Railroad Administration is advancing two new Amtrak routes that would run through Cincinnati as the agency and Congress consider whether to add new long-distance passenger train routes of 750 miles or more to the nation’s rail infrastructure.

The routes would run from Detroit to New Orleans and Dallas to New York City.
