Blahaj zone was pretty chill before the reddit tsunami happened and r/196 came to lemmy.
- Understandable, r/196 is such a godawful place, i've always gotten really sketchy fake ally vibes from them.

  I think the original "only rules is that you have to post before you leave" place was r/195, and eventually the original owner closed it? then r/196 started to replace, either as an explicitly pro trans sub or quickly becoming one due to the userbase, but then it grew way too horny and chasers started infecting it (also the ranting about "ebil tankies" began somewhere around the same time I believe?), and then ~~r/197~~ r/19684 was made to explicitly purge the horny posters and the chasers.
  edit: mixed up r/19684 and r/197, I'm not actually sure what the story behind r/197 is...

  Also, I mixed up r/197 and r/19684 is the the no hornyposting one
  So anyways when r/195 shutdown people just made the new sub r/196 because it's 1 number higher than the old sub lol.
