There will be up to 25,000 National Guard troops in Washington, DC, for President-elect Joe Biden's January 20 inauguration. Comparatively, as of January 15 there were roughly 2,500 US troops in Afghanistan and Iraq respectively (about 5,000 total).

Ah yes this was a fair and free election that’s why 25,000 troops are necessary to ensure no one protests
- even with corona Trump would have won if he had gotten a second stimulus check out instead of punting. he lost on October 5th when he listened to whoever told him to dangle checks as a reward for reelecting him, such a dumb guy move
  
  I think Trump would have won, even with the Coronavirus, if he hadn't personally caught it. It kept him from campaigning during a critical time, and damaged his image in the minds of his followers as the big tough guy who pisses off the libs.
