How dare you! As someone who occasionally participates in a thread using AI to put Godzilla (first filmed in 1954) in silly situations "boomer art," I'll have you know that- oh, I see what you're saying now.

Probably they think it's a lazy meditative hobby where with enough patience and no skill you can get a stock art (thinking pieces you get for cheap for home decor) of a thing you was thinking about and share it with your friends on whatsapp or facebook. Even less demanding than coloring b\w prints with markers or using a drawing-a-picture set. It's fine.
