I wonder, does raising pork on a fishing diet change its taste?
I think pigs have a black hole instead of a digestive system so probably not.

Probably. The same thing works for bears - bears who ate mostly berries have meat, which tastes slightly sweet. This works, I believe, for red meat: https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/2286578/
Probably feeding a ton of fish to a pig from early life will make the taste more fishy.

We've got chicken bacon and turkey bacon, is there anyone out there that'll sell me swordfish bacon (not for me, I have a pescatarian family member who'd probably think it was the funniest shit ever)
