Reading the title I was really expecting a candy dispenser. Like, a really smart person, who likes candy, having little fun side project for passing time and having fun or something.
I was pleasantly surprised but disappointed nonetheless.

Or... just stick with me for a moment here: you could be supporting Ukraine's right to defend themselves without being a distasteful ass making fun of war by calling it a "candy dispenser"...
- "Candy" is a term used by Ukranian units.
  
  That doesn't make it less distasteful, only sadder.
- Your pearl clutching is weird
  
  I find glorification of and euphemisms for weapons and the act of killing people weird and inhuman.
  
  If that's somehow "pearl clutching" for you that's okay for me but also weird.
- That is a "candy dispenser", as the load is usually a 3D-printed shell from whatever color spool available.
