NBA 2k21 Arcade Edition crash whenever i click screen to continue

NBA 2k21 arrcade edition keep crashing whenever i click the screen to continue, im on mba m1 with 8gb and just updated to macOS Sonoma beta 5, is it because my device or the beta software?
