He's not meeting his ghost bike quota. Brian Hopkins wants more cyclist blood on his hands.

So I immediately submitted a Freedom of Information Act Request for Ald. Hopkins' letter and associated emails. CDOT fulfilled my request in an unusually swift six days.
LOL CDOT wanted this guy exposed.

I assume there's some special interest who wants these lanes gone.
