And by 'without any warning' what they actually mean is that nobody gave a shit when it was built and nobody gave a shit when it was up.
I guarantee you there were warnings. Many of them.
It's a pretty good video, but they don't really go into the engineering, they reference the papers, but don't actually spend the bulk of the video on the engineering, it's more of the story around the building which is fair
