This meets the legal definition of "enclosed, locked space"
After a recent storm demolished my greenhouse, I #BuiltBackBetter with this shitty poultry fence that the previous owner left in my garage. Legally, it's a fence!
Honestly if I could do it all over I would have started with the fence. But I would have spent my greenhouse budget on it and actually have done it right instead of this pile of wire.
I love how bare minimum these laws are to protect themselves from public liability sometimes. We told them it needed a fence with a lock, it’s a fence with a lock, not our problem. Haha
My biggest gripe is plant counts. I can grow a plant in a thimble and it counts the same as that big bastard in the middle with a trunk as big as my wrist. Any law with any sort of sense or thought should be about square feet of canopy, not plant counts like wtf
Eh that’s tough, there’s always gonna be loopholes, a SOG and a mother gets stupid fast results, any laws should address the sale/distribution and public safety, but I also don’t want to be discluded from sharing with friends either.
More lax laws means more money spent policing it, it’s tough to balance everything.
