Oleksandr, 30, who goes by the call sign “Genius,” is the commander of a battalion in the 47th brigade fighting in the Donetsk region.

- The other guy with a code name is “brain”, so I think the reporter just thought they were smart by covering up their Nazi names with her “Genius brain” name switching.
