She owns land and has property all over the world.
This is more than a person that "cares" for the people. They are using this tragedy to make money.
The video talks about how they are funneling the money and how they will most likely use it, to be cear some money will go to the some people.

The video speculates without proof and the person behind it clearly has a chip on their shoulder re Oprah. If there are violations of the 501(c) laws, I recommend reporting the charity to the regulators versus making videos on YouTube that provide as much proof as an antivaxxer pamphlet.

She can trim a zero or two off her bank account if she's looking to help out. Most of us are check to check, so she can start the donation process and see who follows.
She didn't give three shit's about my whole nation burning to the ground but she needs you to give to her island luxury asap.
That removed just bringing in the entitlement and cash savings.
