Found on reddit. I'm told the reason for their visit is to intimidate the Haitian immigrant community there.

At least two visible with performance "safety" props. Just need one squad fully armed to persuade them to disperse, one fireteam emplaced in front of their target of intimidation, other fireteam to hold a flanking position in skirmish positions behind cover but visible to ensure implicit awareness of being encircled and under-armed.
No need for provocative actions as such a counter-demonstration communicates clearly and calmly such actions won't be tolerated in these communities
And I wonder which side will be targeted by police for follow up...
Historically, only one side gets to have militaristic looking people organizing in any way. The other gets alphabetted.
Doesn't make it any less the right thing to do.
