I don't like squats so I've stopped doing them. They always feel incredibly awkward and I rather suspect they aggravate my sciatica.

5 0 ReplyThe only squats don't feel horribly awkward on either my back or knees are hack squats but unfortunately my gym doesn't have a hack squat machine.
