  • Dinosaurs probably didn't look like that and had feathers and fur rather than lizardlike scaly skin.

    • There were dinosaurs with fur, feathers, and scales. We have examples of dinosaur scales preserved in mud.

      • Fair enough, there might well have been some scaly dinosaurs, but they weren't all scaly the way the image suggests.
