We found a mantis while camping tonight!

Southwestern BC, Canada. We think he's a European mantis.

Wow, a mantis that north. By coincidence i wondered yesterday when the mantis will arrive in the Netherlands. We need to keep working on heating the earth otherwise it'll be never here.
- We've been apparently getting more of them up here as our summers get hotter and dryer. First time I've actually seen one, though.
