[Free talk] I had a work presentation today about a project I’ve been working on for a few months. It went pretty well and my jerk boss liked it. I’m so relieved.
Congrats man. I know the feeling. I have a mild case of ADHD that results in me not being able to do anything productive until I get important presentations out of the way in a day so I try to schedule them early in the day. But my boss used to love them at the end of the day because it "gave him a clear mind". You can imagine how crazy I went the whole of the day before the presentation.
Oh yikes, I think I kinda understand what you mean. I don’t have ADHD (or it’s undiagnosed) and if I have a presentation later in the day I will obsess about it until it’s done.
"He doesn't [play centrally] for his club, so presumably there's a reason for that," said the Three Lions boss.
"You'd have to speak with Pep [Guardiola], the best coach in the world, who plays him from wide. He's always got the freedom to drift if we play him wide and that's important. It depends on the level of the game, really."
I do think I sort of agree that Foden is better from wide spaces but "presumably" is... extremely damning on his tactical acumen. Tbf as an international manager he doesn't get much time to experiment but like, cmon. "Presumably"? Meanwhile Wiegman just casually puts Daly back at LB and wins the Euros with her
Also just realised I really don't care about this friendly lol, someone tell me how Ramsdale does though. Doesn't help that I don't get to see half of it cuz imma have to walk to class later but yea
Fifa ratings are actually pure crack lmfao wdym Jen Beattie can't shoot and Ødegaard is worse than Bruno Fernandez and Rice is equal to fucking Diogo Jota
