Working five days a week has long been the corporate cultural norm. But some companies are exploring the option of letting employees work for days a week.
By the time we get the 4 day work week workers will be exhibiting the ability to do the work of 4 people in 2 days. And they'll still hem and haw, because they'd rather under pay 4 people than to let 1 person know how much value they actually have.
