With most of the 7.5-mile stretch of the corridor in question being across the river, the Saint Paul City Council must pass something similar to oppose rebuilding and highway expansion. If you're a resident of Saint Paul, email your council member and ask that they pass a Rethinking I-94 resolution.
In case anyone in St. Paul wants to do something about the Rethinking I-94 project. If you aren't familiar with the Twin Cities Boulevard its a proposal to convert a portion of I-94 into a street level boulevard through the Twin Cities.
