Rutte met with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy in Kyiv as air raid sirens twice went off in the Ukrainian capital.
A NATO chief (or whatever position) shouldn't show up to a warzone that is not related to NATO. It's a boring alliance signed by politicians. NATO follows the politicians, not the other way around.
