Two Color Owl Doily

I'll link the pattern once I relocate it. My wife wanted one after I made a few this past year with a single color. I think it came out pretty good this time. Practice makes perfection.

Nice! The owl really stands out in two colors, like it's peeking through a tree.

I've never made crochet lace. Did you have to block it to get the pattern to open up?
- Thank you. Yes and no. If you're a really tight knotter then yes it helps open it up a ton. But if you're loose then it doesn't help as much other than the usual stabilization.

Ooh this is such a cool pattern, making it in two colours was a stroke of genius. How big is this? I was thinking like big full-size doily but then I saw one of the projects on Rav has a hand for scale and it's actually tiny!
