Why can a kid's show bring tears to our eyes?

Sleepytime gets me every time. As a parent it is so bittersweet seeing the child becoming independent.

As someone with old parents and young kids, grandad cuts deep. Gets me every time.

The third and fourth ones get me every damn time.
