Don't get excited, it's not available yet.
Also, it doesn't sound like anything new, it's just Ravenholm in winter. Nothing about the actual Borealis.
Points for rebuilding in UE5 though, that's harder than using existing Source assets. But probably easier than actually working with the Source engine.
Fan-made, for free, no opensource 🤨 I feel like there's going to be a "surprise" in the near future.
