It had better only be an hour per day...
Oh, I think we all know they want from 6am until 10pm or something insane like that. The bit about the license tells me they want people to pick up the kids and drop them off too.
Sudden need for a babysitter for just three days? Sounds like the regular babysitter is in jail.
