Those stickers look sick, I hope I can get some non conspicuous ones for my bike
- I too would like some of those dope reflective decals. Looks like they're from Germany. Hopefully the shipping isn't outrageous.
  
  Their website actually provides a list of venders and I found 2 in my city! Maybe you can buy from an LBS as well!

Cycling is so personal, and the likelihood that you'll get someone a gift that suits them is very unlikely, unless they've actually told you what they want/need.
- Just get them an old timey ahooga horn for their handlebars.
- You are not wrong, but there are a lot of interesting things for a self-gift too!
