Firefox supports it for quite a while lol
Firefox works fine for me so I'll stick to it. Chrome will have annotation support for those that need it though.

Google also had a lightweight PDF reader decoupled from Google Drive but it looks like it's no longer available: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.google.android.apps.pdfviewer

- It just tries to use drive instead
- Same reaction here... It shows that for mobile browser Mozilla is more serious about it. Maybe being installed by default and their hegemony on desktop make Google more complacent...
