An absolutely disgusting amount of states still have these laws in the books and, even more revolting, have reps that fight to keep them there in the name of religious freedom. A quick Google says there are 7 states with no bottom limit, and a handful more with a minimum of 14 or 15.
So this is legal in many states still and I'll give you 3 geusses as to which political party is fighting to keep child marrige legal.
