I'm totally out of the loop here, would someone be kind enough to give me some context ?
- The subtext is that the person is criticising TIME Magazine for not doing their job properly.
  
  They did cover the Libyan slave trade though. The 2017 one was 4 days prior to the Selena Gomez tweet.
