The stray cat I saw just outside my apartment

That's not a stray. It's just someone's cat without a collar.
- Well in my city there are a lot of stray cats like that. So I think it is stray as it just wanders and sleeps around our apartment.
  
  What makes you think it's a stray and not a free roaming indoor outdoor cat that belongs to someone in the apartments?
  
  What I see is a cute well fed and groomed cat. Strays are usually scarred, greasy, flighty, and scrawny (in my experience).
Their eye makeup is exquisite.
The kitty's eyes are just lovely.
