The mattress seems at least have an interesting functionality with adjustable firmness. Still yet to see how well it works. Also you better be rich.
The faucet is the one really shining. Yes, niche but at least useful to be able to directly get the amount of water without having to get your measurement cup.
Being useful is more than most smart devices can hope.
Occasionally I have a moment that makes me think "we're in the future!". Being able to say "100ml water, hot" to my tap would be one of those moments. I wouldn't even say it's niche, everyone could benefit from that. It's just expensive, and probably fraught with issues like every smart device. I still want it.
